Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy on supply shop products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. 

Returns are at the expense of the buyer. To start a return, you can contact us at admin@icanmakeshoes.com. If your return is accepted we will send through details of where to send your package.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

We have a strict no-refund policy on the below items:

  • Gift Cards
  • Digital Products, such as downloadable patterns, e-books and pdf downloads.

Online Footwear Masterclass Policies

  • We have a 14-day money-back guarantee for our Online Footwear Masterclass. Please keep in mind that claiming your complimentary shoemaking kit forfeits your eligibility for the money-back guarantee.
  • To qualify for a refund, kindly send an email to admin@icanmakeshoes.com within 14 days of enrolling in the online course.
  • Please note that we are unable to apply discounts retroactively to previous purchases.
  • Refunds or partial refunds are not available 14 days after enrolment in the Online Footwear Masterclass, regardless of the package chosen—this includes the Payment Plan Package, One-Time Payment Package and VIP Package.
  • For those enrolled in our VIP Package, the one-to-one virtual coaching session can be claimed within one year of enrolment. To claim and schedule your session, email us at info@icanmakeshoes.com. Refunds cannot be issued for coaching sessions not utilised by the customer.
  • Gift cards are not redeemable on our Online Footwear Masterclass Payment Plan Package, and can only be redeemed on our One-Time Payment Package or VIP Package.

In-Person Workshop Policies

  • We have a strict no-refund policy on all of our in-person workshops, such as the 3-Day Intensive Shoemaking Workshop.
  • If you have booked onto one of our in-person workshops and would like to reschedule to a later date, you must give us a minimum of 2 weeks notice. We will accommodate a date change where possible. Please note that we are unable to reschedule your attendance if you give us less than 2 weeks notice.
  • If for any reason you are unable to attend the entirety of the workshop you booked onto, we are unable to compensate you for any missed time or reschedule you to a later date.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
